Please note: Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) completed their acquisition of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (JLT) on 1 April 2019. The JLT Employee Benefits business will be integrated into Mercer. At present both JLT and Mercer are continuing as separate contracting entities. We are remaining in close contact with JLT and Mercer and will provide further updates as soon as anything changes that may have an impact on the National LGPS Frameworks, existing or new call off contracts. If you have any queries please contact National LGPS Frameworks on the below details.
KPMG has signed a conditional agreement to sell its pensions advisory business to a New Company and we are currently working closely with our Legal Team and KPMG representatives. In the meantime, if you are planning to go out to Further Competition under the Investment Management Consultancy Services Framework please continue to invite KPMG to bid in the usual way or if you are currently contracting with KPMG please continue as normal.
