The fully refreshed and re-structured Legal Services Framework was launched at the beginning of 2019 and will be available for Further Competition and Direct Award until January 2023. Contracts awarded under the Framework may be for a period of up to seven years.
Funds can use the Framework to procure legal services matched to their own specific requirements; from small, one-off pieces of work to longer-term, single supplier arrangements.
Please remember if you are using a Framework, your contract award must be completed by the expiry date of the Framework (although contracts let under the Framework can be for longer periods).
The Framework is split across seven Lots:
- Lot 1 - Full Service (England & Wales)
- Lot 2 - Full Service (Scotland)
- Lot 3 - Full Service (Northern Ireland)
- Lot 4 - Investment (UK Wide)
- Lot 5 - Benefits Administration, Employer Bodies and Governance (England & Wales)
- Lot 6 - Benefits Administration, Employer Bodies and Governance (Scotland)
- Lot 7 - Benefits Administration, Employer Bodies and Governance (Northern Ireland)
Across these seven Lots there are 11 Providers:
