The Third Party Administration Services Framework was launched in 2016 and will be available for Further Competition and Direct Award until December 2021. This is a 12 month extension due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Contracts awarded under the framework may be for a period of up to 8 years.
The framework is split across two lots:
Lot 1 - Third Party Administration Services
Lot 2 - Pensions Administration Support Services

Please note: Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) completed their acquisition of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (JLT) on 1 April 2019. The integration of JLT Employee Benefits into Mercer has now been completed. All services provided by JLT Employee Benefits on the Third Party Administration Services Framework will now be offered by Mercer. Therefore JLT can no longer be invited to Further Competition.
Please note: The takeover of KPMG's pensions advisory practice by Iseran Bidco has now been completed, and they have rebranded as Isio. Sample Members Access Agreement - An example of the Members Access Agreement. You will need to sign this document as an agreement between yourselves and Norfolk County Council, as the Letting Authority.
