Third Party Administration Services

The Third Party Administration Services Framework was launched in 2016 and will be available for Further Competition and Direct Award until October 2020. Contracts awarded under the framework may be for a period of up to 8 years.

The framework is split across two lots:

Lot 1 - Third Party Administration Services

Lot 2 - Pensions Administration Support Services

Please note: Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) completed their acquisition of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (JLT) on 1 April 2019. The JLT Employee Benefits business will be integrated into Mercer. At present both JLT and Mercer are continuing as separate contracting entities. We are remaining in close contact with JLT and Mercer and will provide further updates as soon as anything changes that may have an impact on the National LGPS Frameworks, existing or new call off contracts. Confidentiality Statement - You will need to sign and return this together with your Option Form. We can then send you the full set of documents including Supplier Catalogues and Pricing Schedules.

Sample Members Access Agreement - An example of the Members Access Agreement. You will need to sign this document as an agreement between yourselves and Norfolk County Council, as the Letting Authority.
