Update: Tuesday 31st March 2020
The National LGPS Frameworks team hope that you are keeping safe and well.
As the world reacts and adapts to the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak and following the Prime Minister's announcement on 23rd March 2020, we wanted to update you on our current working arrangements and possible implications to the Frameworks we offer.
The National LGPS Frameworks team
The Frameworks team are following government advice and are working from home. If you have a query or wish to get in touch with us, please contact us by email at NationalLGPSFrameworks@norfolk.gov.uk. We regularly check for emails and will respond as soon as we can.
National LGPS Frameworks
For all our current Frameworks work, this is business as usual including administration to access and use the Frameworks, enquiries and management information requests.
With regards to the setting up and re-letting of Frameworks we can confirm that, where possible, this too will be business as usual:
- The new Pensions Administration Software Framework is currently on target to go live towards the end of April 2020 as planned.
- Regarding the re-lets planned for this year, we are currently taking procurement and legal advice regarding these and looking at options to extend if this is more appropriate. We will update you once we have a clearer picture.
Current contracts let through the National LGPS Frameworks
Please click here for a copy of the Cabinet Office's Procurement Policy Note - Responding to COVID-19, Information Note PPN 01/20 dated March 2020 for your information. Due to exceptional circumstances and the unprecedented situation we find ourselves in, you can extend your contracts beyond the maximum date set in the Framework Agreement if your circumstances meet the conditions (see pages six and seven). Obviously, in agreement with your own procurement and legal teams.
Thank you again for your continued support and if you have any queries please get in touch.
