Types of Services Available
The Framework covers three main types of work:
- Part A – Investment
- Part B – Benefits, employers and governance
- Part C – General advice
When suppliers joined the Framework, they confirmed which services they can offer under each Lot.
To ensure that the Specification of Requirements meets your organisation's specific requirements, you will need to tailor this document by following the steps below:
- Review the Specification of Requirements document.
- Review the Provider Catalogues to get an understanding of each Provider's service offering.
- Tailor your Specification of Requirements to meet you own organisation's specific requirements.
- A copy of your updated Specification of Requirements will need to be issued with your Invitation to Further Competition or issued to Providers as part of your Direct Award.
