Stewardship Services

The Stewardship Services Framework went live in May 2022 and will be available for Further Competition and Direct Award until 31 March 2026. Contracts awarded under the Framework may be let for a maximum contract length of seven years and up to 31st March 2033 at the latest.

The Framework is split across four Lots:

  • Lot 1 - Voting Services
  • Lot 2 - Engagement Services
  • Lot 3 - Voting and Engagement Services
  • Lot 4 - Stewardship Reporting and Projects

Option Form - Complete this form if you would like more information on how to use the Framework, or if you would like to sign up to use it.

Confidentiality Statement - You will need to sign and return this together with your Option Form. We can then give you access to confidential catalogues and other documentation. Signing and returning a confidentiality statement places you under no obligation to use the Framework but allows us to share the full set of documents with you.

Sample Members Access Agreement - An example of the Members Access Agreement. You will need to complete this document as an agreement between yourselves and Norfolk County Council, as the Letting Authority of the Framework. If your organisation has previously completed a Members Access Agreement for another National LGPS Framework, please contact us.
