The Actuarial, Benefits and Governance Consultancy Services Framework is the flagship service of the National LGPS Frameworks, having been the first Framework launched when the programme began in 2012. This is the third iteration of the Actuarial Framework, launched in 2021, and has been streamlined and improved upon since the original.

The 2021 Actuarial, Benefits and Governance Consultancy Services Framework (NCCT41941) has now expired, and a replacement version of this Framework is now available.

This third iteration of the National LGPS Framework for Investment Management Consultancy Services was expanded to enable Cost Monitoring and Reporting services to also be procured. The Framework offers the LGPS community a quick and efficient route to market for a wide range of investment services.
