The Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 apply to the Pension Administration Software Framework, including all call-off contracts let via it.

The Pension Administration Software Frameworks is available until 30 April 2025.

Please remember if you are using a Framework, your contract award must be completed by the expiry date of the Framework (although contracts let under the Framework can be for longer periods)

Update - 2025

The Pension Administration Software 2025 Framework is currently being procured as a replacement for this Framework; more information can be found on the upcoming Frameworks page.

Contracts can be awarded under the framework for an initial period of up to seven years with the option to extend up to a maximum contract length of 10 years from the Further Competition Award date. 

The following organisations worked together to establish this Framework, supported by the National LGPS Frameworks team, and procurement and legal specialists from Norfolk County Council:

  • City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (as administering authority of the West Yorkshire Pension Fund)
  • Essex County Council (as administering authority of the Essex Pension Fund)
  • Flintshire County Council (as administering authority of the Clwyd Pension Fund)
  • Norfolk County Council (as administering authority of the Norfolk Pension Fund)
  • Northern Ireland Local Government Officers’ Superannuation Committee
  • South Yorkshire Pensions Authority
  • South Tyneside Council (as administering authority of the Tyne & Wear Pension Fund)
  • Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council (as administering authority of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund)
  • Wirral Council (as administering authority of the Merseyside Pension Fund)
  • Wolverhampton City Council (as administering authority of the West Midlands Pension Fund)
