Call-off Preparation
As part of your preparation you should consider the following:
- Make sure your Procurement and Legal teams are aware which regulations apply to your call-off. For this Framework, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 apply to all call-off contracts.
- The expiry date of your current contract
- Termination and exit provisions of your current contract
- Key personnel necessary for the completion of the project
- Performance and quality standards required
- What service level requirements you have
- Any data that you need to make available
- Contract monitoring arrangements

- Lot 1: contracts can be awarded under the Framework for a maximum contract length of eight (8) years from the Further Competition Award date. No contract awarded from the Framework will be permitted to extend beyond 8 February 2036.
- Lot 2: contracts can be awarded under the Framework for a maximum contract length of six (6) years from the Further Competition Award date. No contract awarded from the Framework will be permitted to extend beyond 8 February 2034.
