Lot Structure
This Framework is divided into the following Lots:
- Lot 1 - Investment Consultancy Services
- Lot 2 - Manager/Fund Search, Selection, Monitoring and Review Services
- Lot 3 - Investment Management Consultancy Related Specialist Services
- Lot 4 - Investment Management Cost Monitoring and Reporting Services
The full detail for each Lot can be found in the Specification of Requirements. You will need to review and customise the Specification of Requirements to suit your own specific requirements and include within your Further Competition Document.
Procurement Routes
Under this Framework you have two options:
1. Further Competition (All Lots)
A Further Competition allows you to assess and evaluate which Provider best meets your individual needs. This process involves:
- Defining your evaluation and award criteria.
- Setting a timeline.
- Creating an Invitation to Further Competition document using the templates provided.
2. Direct Award (Lot 3 and Lot 4 Only)
Direct Award is suitable for specific, one-off requirements. It offers flexibility and speed, allowing you to:
- Select the most suitable Provider using the Provider Catalogues and Pricing Schedules
- Award a contract quickly—potentially on the same day
