The National LGPS Frameworks are in the process of making changes to the website to improve security and functionality.
We have implemented a Two-Factor Authentication system to user accounts on the Document Portal which provides an added layer of security. When you next log in you will be taken through the steps to set this up on your account. You will then receive an email with a one-time login code each time you log in to the site.
As part of security upgrades we have also arranged for a penetration test to be undertaken. This is essential maintenance to test the upgrades we have made, but it may result in some aspects of the website running slowly or not being live.
This work will take place from the 11th February 2021 to 16th February 2021. We apologise for any inconvenience.
