On this page, you will find the key documents you will need to decide if this Framework is right for your organisation, and examples of the documents you will need to complete the joining process.
Some documents are for your information, while others must be completed before you can call-off from the Framework. The summaries below explain what each document does and how and when to use it.
For a simple, step-by-step overview of how to use a National LGPS Framework and the key stages involved, please read the Framework User Guide.
The Specification of Requirements lists the services available through the Framework on both Lots. This is not an exhaustive list of services available, but gives a general idea of what the Providers on the Framework are able to do. You will need to customise the Specification to suit your organisation's specific requirements.
When calling-off from the Framework, you should issue your Specification of Requirements as part of your documentation. If you are running a Further Competition, this should be issued with your Invitation to Further Competition document. If you are making a Direct Award, you should issue the Specification with your Order Form.
The Members Access Agreement (MAA) sets out the legal terms and responsibilities for using the Framework, and forms the contract between your organisation and Norfolk County Council, as the administering authority of the Frameworks. Completing this document grants you the authority to call-off from the National LGPS Framework.
You must have a completed MAA in place before you call-off from the National LGPS Framework for Cost Transparency and Benchmarking Services. If your organisation already has an MAA in place from a previous National LGPS Framework, you can join this Framework by completing an Annex A letter instead.
Our team will provide information on how to complete these documents when we email you with details on how to access the Framework documentation.
We need to know details of all call-offs from the National LGPS Frameworks in order to:
- Maintain accurate records of all awards under the Framework
- Monitor compliance
- Support future improvements by understanding how the Framework is used
You can let us know that you have awarded a contract by completing the Contract Award Notification Form, which you can download from this page, and returning to us by email at NationalLGPSFrameworks@norfolk.gov.uk.
